Narrow passages and imposing cliffs for an accessible adventure
Imbros Gorge begins near the village of the same name and descends toward Komitades. It is shorter than Samaria but offers dramatic narrow passages, vertical cliffs and attractive vegetation.
The hike suits visitors with less time, though sturdy shoes, water and care are still essential. Spring and autumn usually offer more comfortable temperatures.
